Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your electronic mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward e-mails from one mail account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages according to specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the email account you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest.
